[1] (1)Represents remaining amount of gain recorded to other comprehensive income in 2005 as a result of the settlement of a US Treasury index rate lock agreement. This agreement was unwound in the fourth quarter of 2005. The gain was recorded in other comprehensive income and is being amortized into earnings through interest expense using the effective interest method over a 10 year period that coincides with the interest payments associated with the 6.15% senior unsecured notes due in 2015.
